Back to school and unable to believe the summer is behind us.

Proud of Tessa for doing so well this week with spielgruppe!

Reading the English Patient and loving each poetic line.

Listening to some awesome tunes, Joe Purdy Jose Gonzalez, Down Like Silver.

Enjoying, oh, make that loving my gym time.

Praying that the people of Iceland are safe under the current eruption.

Still smiling each and every time we recall our journey to Iceland.

Unable to believe our kiddos are 3 and 5.5.

Back Home

 

We are now back from Iceland and I have to say, I have been thinking a lot about that trip.  When asked, “How was it?” I cannot help but smile.  There are some trips/journeys/vacations that are enjoyable, but after returning from Iceland, I must say, that trip for me was quite possibly life altering on so many levels.  I want to thank Robert for daring to dream and for working so hard to make his dreams a reality. 

So, Iceland was everything wrapped up into one remarkable package teaching us how powerful, fragile and absolutely incredible nature is and how hard we must work in order to preserve what we have here on this one beautiful earth.

We are forever changed.
