Happy 7th Noah!

 My head is spinning today.
How on earth did this little guy roll into 7?
7?!?
It seems like just yesterday we were anticipating his arrival on a snowy, cold, day in Basel.
Thrilled at the arrival of our first child and scared to death to become parents for the first time.
In the past 7 years, Noah has taught us some of life's most valuable lessons.
He has the keen ability to roll with situations, propels himself into the newness that surrounds his life and goes all out, all the time.
Bar far, Noah is the most agile child I have ever met, managing to contort, through and spin his way through most of his life.
He creates, tinkers, and invents like no other and above all he is our son.
So, here's to 7 Noah.
May your journey be rich and rewarding and may you always know how loved you are!

We Are...

 We Are...
Slowing down and trying to be more present....ciao Facebook!
Unable to believe how cold it has become.  Brrr....
Trying to wrap our minds around the end of the year...whew...what a fast one, but very fulfilling.
Waiting for Noah's first tooth to fall out...maybe this will be the week!
Reading books and hoping to find an incredible book to sink my teeth into.
Feeling ever so grateful for my family, our health and our togetherness.
Remembering to move S.L.O.W.L.Y.
