Diggin' Out

We Are...

In the process of diggin' out of illness and getting back out there.

Back to school, back to long hikes, back to FCB Women's team soccer games, back to the gym, back to work, oh, all of it.

We are grateful the Chickenpox are finally over and we have returned to normal life!  Whew!

Blessed to experience this gorgeous, spring weather!  What a treat!

So happy to call Basel our home - even with a sick one, we were able to walk all over, explore, and feel alive in nature, by the Rhine, at a local deer park, and the Botanical Gardens.

Loved the uplifting movie, Spare Parts. Nothing like a good underdog movie!

I love Newton's First Law, "An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion."  Profound on so many levels - I like to think of it in terms of keeping active physically, mentally, emotionally, hell, in every way!

Blessed to have such a gorgeous weather weekend and so happy to have squeezed in two hikes, and a workout.
